I recorded the operator saying "We're sorry you must first dial a "1" before dialing this number".

Everyone then dials a "1" and the operator then actually does come on and says "you do not need to dial a "1" when dialing this number."

Talked about mass confussion :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
