Question - is there a 7.50 cap in NPS with the NMCA?

As Dogg said, nope. The currrent record for the class is is a 7.43 I think it is help by none other that BBNova member Susie.. Well actually her brother... :lol:

Tony Nesbit with the black C5 vette.. That record is going to fall this season though... :wink:

Not sure what we are doing. I really miss racing and want to get back out there. Since there is no longer a NPS class in NSCA which is really sad, I guess I'd either have rob a bank and build a new car and run another class or my best option is to run with you in NPS in the NMCA. The problem, is I haven't done anything to the car since I raced in 2004 and unless I win the lottery nothing will change so I just don't how competitive I can be. I guess the best we can do is come out, spend a little money and have some fun and hopefully not blow anything up.

I hear ya on the money thing... We are doing the best we can with what we have also... I'm probaly spending a little more money than I should be. Hopefully if all works out how I think it will, the paybacks will make up for the money spent...

You'd be quicker than two thirds of the field right out of the shoot. Here is qualifying from Bradenton last year

I guess we will wait and see how the turnout is when you go Florida and what numbers are being run and decide from there.
