Breakfast was a cup of cottage cheese and an apple, break time I had a ham sub of the patty wagon, lunch I had a salad with light caesar, that's it today :D

I had a muffin and orange juice for breakfast.... A nutrigrain bar before lunch.. and just finished my crunchy granola bar.....

Well, I think we were going to go to the races on Friday, and his son has a football game on Saturday and we would have to be home on Sunday anyhow... so.... I guess what I need is some sort of "schedule" of times and things. Then we can, at least, come for part of it on Saturday and hang out Saturday evening with you guys.

well... let me know what time racing starts on Saturday. I will try to find out the time of the football game and we will take it from there. I think it is only about an hour away from us, is that right, Dogg?

Time trials start at usually 10ish and first round of qualifing is usually around noon...
