Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy.....the yogurt drink is 0% fat....it's the new Silohuette by Danone....it fills me up for my lunch before I go and work out....no extra fat to burn off from the drink.....makes the workout much better. The coffee is to keep me awake after late nights working on the mag......
