Just got back from Lowes.


Got me a new Porter Cable circular saw with laser guide for $50!

We just got a new Menards about 30 miles from me. Haven't been up to check it out yet.

yup. we went there twice actually. We're redoing the main bath in our home and wanted to check all of our options.

The 3 closest menards from our house are all 1.5 hours. On a trip back from my mom and dads house, we stopped to eat and cracker barrel, and then saw a menards. I thought of you, and so we decided to go in and check out Menards for the first time. They happened to be running a special on a bunch of stuff that we needed. So we have a whirlpool style bath tub and surround going in!

and the cool part is the company that makes the tub and wall surround (Lyons) is a Michigan company! Support local economies!

Jim that store by you is brand new. Allen was just telling me about one in Ohio that they are building that is going to have multiple levels.

I have a brand new Porter Cable circular saw. I paid over $100 for it, no laser :evil: It's been in the garage for 5 years now. When Carol bought it for me, I took it out of it's case, cut one 2X4..... Cool, nice saw....put it back and it hasn't opened since :lol:
