mmmm.... Baileys in the chocolate cake. Yummy. I am not sure the best way to do that.

SHANNON.... you are the cake expert. Would you add it to the cake but how would it not get soupy. Or would you cook the cake and then let it cool... poke it alot with a skewer or something then poor the baileys in the holes. I think option 2 would be better and all the alchol would bake off in the oven.

Good girl, option two would be the way to go! The only way to do it in a wet batter is change out another liquid and with a cake that's tricky. Gotta go slow and make sure it's soaking though or you could have just a pile of mush when you go to cut it :?
