I'd call them and tell them what yer putting it on and see what they say.

Looks like #2 has a bigger opening. both have same drag coefficient of non-opening part.

for $46, i'd say go with the cheaper one. I like the triangle one a bit more, but not $46 more.


are you SURE it's just aesthetics?

I think so. If you mount the opening in the same spot the rest should be the same. I will verify though when ordering....

looks like all but 2 are the more rounded with flat bottom. the vette is more like your current. and the cobolt is triangular. There might be a reason that ppl are going with the rounded.

I agree Rick, but we need to follow Prostock technology...

I need to get more air to the engine by area and also the location of the opening...

If you insist on making a change. I like the triangle one better, the round one is too long out from the base portion and looks like an ant eater from the side :lol: Not that theres anything wrong with that :lol: :lol:
