you are correct Nebitt won the previous year..and Ross left Memphis, and lost by a round I think (tony'second title)....last year it took Tony 'till Memphis to wrap it up..., but...that was after I was hand-cuffed for the first 3 races ...then the rules were rubbed on a little...but by then it was almost too late to catch up :evil:

that Nesbitt crew is one hard to race bunch-a 'mo-fo's 'dat's for sure!
they have good equipment,, good engine builder, and a hungry driver...that equals a winning combination

I totally agree, you also forgot to mention their hospitality and genrosity. They invited us into their pit several times, free food and drinks many times which is priceless in my books. I've gained alot of new friends with the NMCA over the past 3 years.
Oh wait...........when you went over to Nesbitt's pit at Joliet, didn't they throw a bag of garbage at you?? :lol:

You not really being ready for the the Florida race didn't help any either, wasn't the convertor out in left field last spring?

...yes the converter had issues, from the previous season...and I didn't know it, and I left Fla. like 4 rounds out already, and it was an up hill battle, for most of the season
.....but that's racing
