Anyone ever hear of,

Chuck Weck (Illinois)
or
Darren Mayer (Michigan)?

it's the closest we got to auto racing. we did their websites.

Thanks. My partner actually does the designs while I am *supposed* to concentrate on business development, although I still design/program once in awhile. I was really more curious though if anyone knew these guys. I know racing can be a small world if it's like the boat racing.

heh, our partners name is "Rick" also, but I doubt he'll be on the board.

If you said you knew either of these guys would there be a prize or a punch in da nose involved?

That kinda stuff happens around here pretty frquently.

Does it count if we know Susie from Chicago?

e.g.,
what do you mean by "these guys" and a "punch in the nose??
I miss something? You referring to boaters? or...Me?
and... "cept"?
And yes, boating is expensive - definatelly not for everyone.

If you meant "either of these guys with regard to chuck weck, darren mayer"...

It was simply my way of "crossing over" to the auto racing community with people I know that I thought you might know. I am an old friend of Kevin's - since the 70's, so I am just asking questions that if you can't answer, dont.

I looked up your fella Chuck Weck cause he is right up the road from me but I am not familiar with who he is. So you race boats? A guy that we work with does some boat stuff but I am not to familiar with what. His name is Skip and his company is R+R out of addison.

Rick, honey, bit of advice, Camp is our local jokester, likes to pull your leg if you know what I mean! I'm thinking he is breaking you in nice and easy here! He is also a "little" bit of a redneck so if his spellin' ain't up to par or has a little bit of a twang, that's why! My guess reading what he wrote is he's busting balls and welcoming you to the site, so don't take it to personal :wink:
