Wow Rick, you have a photographic memory! I also recall someone saying "Have someone get killed at an event and see how many people will come out for the next one" Some people just can't see beyond their one eye, idiots

I didn't see the numbers...but I would take a shot and say Fri, Sat, and Sunday....there was 50,000 thru the gates......9am Sat 6 mile traffic jam to get in the place...When a car was outta shape you could hear the crowd say OOOOOOUUUUU.......when they got it straightened out....you herd YEEAAAAA.......gamblin like you were in Vegas......6 people deep at the fences.....pits full....stands full......and people were sayin it was a little lite this year  ........only one bad wreck.....you could hear people screaming OMG......(its a friend of Ray's from Jerzey) We are doing an interview this weekend with him.....BTW he's racing his other vehicle too
They cleared stagging every 15 minutes....but they came back......there was a good 300-400 people there.....when a car couldn't do a burnout....they cleared it

I was the starting line cameraman for PowerHouse Video. It blew up as soon as it left the line. If it wasn't for the guard rail, my legs would hve been burnt. The flames shot 4 feet out the right header.
