To increase performance and attend more races this year.

Lose more weight than I already have.

Shannon....get the book Body-for-Life by Bill Phillips. I learned a lot from that book. I lost 90lbs by what I learned from that book. And the pictures inside the cover of the book...some of those people are friends that I met over the years. Just a suggestion.....

I Already quit smoking so now I guess I need to look at getting in shape I am currently looking at options for a new carrer ...................I do not want to overload my self with goals so i'll just leave it at that .............Good luck :)
