Two Tablespoons of cinnamon, and 2 or 3 eggwhites
Half a stick of butter, meeeelted..
Stick it all in a bowl baby, Stir it with a wooden spoon
Mix in a Cup of Flour, you'll be in heaven soon

If you ever need a quick Pick-me-up

that story if you can call it a story kinda reminded me of that Saturday Night Live Skit a long time ago with Alec Baldwin and those two women who are radio hosts. Do you know which one I'm talking about?
