You all are not going to believe this. Carol's CA125 blood test came back in the normal range !! The doctors can't even believe it, they told us 3 weeks ago she'd never be in the normal range again the rest of her life and she proved them wrong. The CA125 is a test that records a level of tumor activity based on a protein that the tumors put out when it's active. Zero to thirty is normal. Her test came back at 30 !!!! She has a catscan on thursday which they will be looking at also. The room was filled with excitement and also some tears, some of the women don't show improvements so they are sad for themselves, but happy for Carol, You should have heard her on the phone. Now I have to figure out why I'm crying, so gotta go..........

History:

December 2006 - CA125 = 32
Memorial Day 2007 - CA125 = 4950
Two weeks later after surgery - CA125 = 1750
After one chemo treatment - CA125 = 200
After second chemo treatment - CA125 = 30
