I talked to Hutch. It is a M1 for a 440. Part number P4532251. Both the intake and carb are brand new. Carb was just tested only. The carb is a 8896 dominator. Hutch said if it's what ya want call him at (519)453-4318 or PM him for price. Hope this helps, Kevin
