today??? we've had them for a long time. they are trying to take away smoking in ALL city/county run locations (Parks, beaches, etc). there is no smoking in ANY public indoor locations, which makes every office smoke free. PLUS they are talking about raising the tax another buck a pack. WOW!!!

Last year Hellbent and I were in a sports bar up in London Canada and he lit one up, Holy Shit did they get pissed, smoking has been banned up there for 2 years they said :lol:

I don't smoke in my own house. I don't sit in the smoking section at restaurants. But I don't think it should be a law. I think it should be up to the business owner!

New York City just started a "Trans Fat" ban.......... it will effect you sooner or later...... OH Yea I'm now 10 days into smoke free :shock: ...... Why does the Government have say over private property???.... If you own a resturant and want it smoke free go for it........ Here's a little tidbit for ya to chew on...... If smoking is bad enough to ban it in public places (which we know it is) Why doesn't our Government outlaw the sale of it??????

Its OK to have "Choice" when killing unborn babies (they didn't get choice they got death) but Liberal's have told you you can't smoke or now in NYC eat fatty food........ what happened to choice????
