Sore today at all???? Nutrition on the top notch? Ready for tomorrow? I feel GREAT! Down another 1/2 pound and got a GREAT cardio/sculpt workout in this morning! Did you guys walk last night after I left?

I feel fine, I do not hurt. I had a shitty breakfast (macdonalds), but I had a salad for lunch, I'll be better tomorrow and need to get up earlier to have the breakfast I'm suppose to eat. No we did not walk, Carol was tired :roll:
