Mel's Diet update

So the whole family has been on this diet since 06/06/06, here are the results so far

Brian lost 12 lbs
Carol lost 7 lbs
Connie lost 12 lbs
Ben lost 20 lbs

It's funny how each of us are different, I lost 10 of the 12 in the first week, Carol has lost it slowly a little each week, Connie lost it all up front like I did, Ben started out slow only loseing 3 lbs, but now it's droppin almost too fast, but he's been closet exercising daily while we are gone and not saying anything, I see this as the equipment is messed up daily when I go down there.

Anyone else doing well?

Dogg, when I was watching the kids do that dance thing... I tell ya.... THAT would be considered exercise... I think we need to do that! LOL! It is cool. I may have to invest in one of those. Where did you guys get it? Was it expensive?

Oh boy, I don't remember. We bought it at Funcoland, which is in Grand Rapids by Cheddars, I think they changed the name of the place, it's basically a gaming store. The game is called Dance Dance Revolution, it's for PlayStation II or is it III, I'm not sure, anyways the pads came with the game in a big box.

Ok,

We gave a little insentive to the kids, basically if they lost 10lbs, we pay them $20 each, well they past the first 10lbs, Ben lost his second 10lbs at the begining of the week, no Carol just called and Connie weighed in today and past it as well, Man I'm going broke over here, they both have lost over 20 lbs since 06/06/06

OH, and to answer the question... I, personally, enjoy eating the same thing all the time... if I don't have a pre-set meal plan, I won't stick to anything. Seeing how I am eating 6 times a day, it doesn't really feel like I am eating the same thing every day.
