She is doing good also, not sure if she has weighed in or not, I'm not going to ask. The kids are doing it now also. I'm have trouble with a few things. 1. Can't seem to find the time to excercise, so I'll do saturday and sunday this weekend 2. Having trouble drinking that much water 3. A tad bit hungry between 9am and noon. So today for breakfast I had the eggs and banana and I kept the cottage cheese to have at 9am with my yogurt smoothie drink, I seem to be doing better now. I know Carol wanted to start working out with you this weekend, you ought to call her today |

Can I just call her cell phone anytime? Really push that water. I have to chug it sometimes in order to get it.... but... it helps! So, you don't like oatmeal, either? Not even the instant? That really helps with the appetite. Also, really try to keep the meals right around 2 hours. That helps keep the tummy satisfied, too. Remember, you really only need to get 20 minutes of a raised heart rate for exercise. So, find that 20 minutes on the treadmill or go for that walk... make the time, you will be happy you did! Even if it is right before you go to bed.... walk down the road for 10 minutes and turn around. It works. Do you like Applies? They are the best of all the fruits for added energy. Bananas have a lot more carbs. |

Really try to get the eggs/oatmeal AND apple in at breakfast along with the water. It helps a lot! Or, I guess, you could save the apple until an hour later or so, but it really did make a difference with me. |

YOU NEED TO TRY THE TOTAL GYM SET UP, THE THING CHUCK NORRIS ADVERTISES ON TV. MAN YOU COULD DO A QUICK WORK OUT IN 10-15 MINUTES 3 TIMES A WEEK AND SEE AN IMPROVEMENT IN A MONTH OR SO. THEY ARE EASY TO SET UP, EASY TO USE AND YOU CAN FOLD IT UP AND STICK IT UNDER THE BED UNLESS YOU HAVE CAR PARTS STORED THERE. OTHERWISE ITS AN EASY DEAL TO USE ALL AROUND. I GOT MINE FOR ABOUT 500 BUCKS. TO ME ITS WELL WORTH THE PRICE. I THINK THEY WILL SEND IT TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE FOR A TRIAL RUN FOR A MONTH. |

Dogg and Carol apparently have "the set up" at their house. They have it all. I can't wait to go there Sunday. I, personally, don't have the $500 and have lost a total of 60 pounds just doing workout videos and eating right, so I am ok with that. I would love to get that thing though! Thanks for the info!!!!!!!!! Everyone have a great weekend! |
