This was posted on our local web paper here in Batavia...........

A 22-year-old convicted killer sentenced to 40 years behind bars by a Supreme Court judge in Rochester is crying foul because of his attention deficit disorder. Dennis Bell claims to be unjustly convicted of murdering 19-year-old Calvin Bryant because he couldn't pay attention during the trial.

When in the hell are we going to stop letting this sh*t happen! This country is going to hell in a handbasket :evil:

You guys are exactly right. In Memphis, there was a firefighter who killed his wife, set his house on fire, and waited across the street shot and killed two rescue workers. And the only punishment he recieved was time in a mental institiute.
