good weekend

i cut an hour off the normal commute to montgomery with no speeding tickets (i hate AL by the way) ryan got 2nd at the Kart races and my bro in law got 1st. and i got my freakin grass cut. i actually got alot done it seems....

too bad the nova just sat with no progress at all... :evil:

We were very busy also. I went to the Headsup race at US131 Friday night, didn't get home til very late. Saturday we had a get together with family in the morning/early afternoon, then we went to an open house/party. After being there for about 6 hours, I went home at 10pm to sleep, I was tired, Carol decided to stay, Well I woke up at 2:30 in the morning and she still wasn't home, so I called her and ended up driving back over to pick her up at 3am, holy moly, there were over 100 people still there partying, I'm getting old I guess :lol:

, Got up bright and early to work out with Mel, after that I rushed over to play some golf with 3 other friends, got home around 3pm yesterday and worked on a new sprinkler for our garden, got that working correctly .... finally, then I got to sit down and relax for a few hours.

Sounds like ya all had a busy weekend! My was kinda casual, Dave and I went to see Cars Sat night, which rocked by the way, then to dinner! Sunday I took my 2 nieces downtown to watch the Juvenile Falcons that are now flying around, what a beautiful site and sound! We got to see everyone from Mom, Dad and all three Juvies fly! We also got to see a blue heron, 2 fawns, 2 turkeys, a wood chuck and ducks in the gorge itself, it's amazing to think this is all right in the heart of downtown Rochester! After dropping them off I met Dave at our Godson's to celebrate his HS graduation with smoked turkey breasts for dinner, yum , yum!

We adopted a new baby this weekend... Her name is Morgan and she is half Bulldog and half Beagle... if i could figure out how to insert an image I would show you a picture... She is 10 weeks old and has brought all productivity at my house to a standstill.

Weekend? What weekend??? hee hee... I worked Friday night, came home and crashed around 2 am, back up at 6 to get my workout in...picked up my son and went to a hot air balloon festival in Howell. It was cool. Ended up getting sick from heat exhaustion or something, though.... got back home around 12:30 am, back up by 7 to go to Dogg's to work out and then went to my THIRD job to work the afternoon! I would just like a day where I have NOTHING to do, hee hee.... remember those?????

Sounds like everyone was busy. CARS was a great movie, I agree. Sorry about your weekend, Kev...keep your chin up.... how many days till Colleen arrives??? hee hee.....
