Not around here..they are actually staying on the market about 30 days now...no more 3 and 4 offers on one house before they are even listed! Homes appreciated about 26% this past year, that's down from about 30%. Still pretty crazy though, I bought my house July 2004 $210,000 and appraised November 2005 for $393,000! I about crapped my pants. |

yup. it will until 08. then we should see one of the biggest gains in the country again. well aside from florida and arizona. it will get worse before better though. You laugh or cry if you saw how many people I talk to for mortgages that are already in foreclosure. |
