I'm tired of being tired, so I'm starting the new diet and exercise program today. I think I'll do the Atkins for a couple weeks, then just eat sensable. I've tried Atkins twice and both times I took 20 lbs off in a week. We bought a kick ass double stack weight lifting machine with leg press 10 months ago, but really haven't used it much. We also have the treadmill and oliptical trainer, so I shouldn't have any excuse not to do it except poor will power. So let it me written that I now weigh in at 285 lbs, hope to get to 225-235 by April. If I'm going to race with you all, I need to feel better and have the energy it's going to take. Being phat sucks..... :lol:
