Yes they are....I am going to get them coated over the winter.

I am happy to say that they were made for a standard deck BBC with a conventional head and they work on my tall deck Big Chief head. I dodged a very expensive bullet there. Whew!!!!!

I only had to dimple the #2 tube to miss the control arm bolt.

Thanks everyone. I just got home from the shop we did not start it tonight due to me forgetting the fuel *duuuuuuuhhhhhhh* in addition to getting a few other things right on the car first.

The list is short and will be starting it later on today. I actually plan on getting up in a few hours and heading back to the shop early and do some things before the day starts.

I CAN'T WAIT!!!!! WHOOOO HOOOOOO!

Yes I am .....man it feels good to sit with that much in front of your right foot!!!!!

Got some tuning and tweaking to do before taking it out to test this coming week. I hope to go to Cecil County this coming Wed. and make a few passes to test.

I need to redo the wires and make them nice and neat in addition to getting the hood and scoop mounted. Tasks for tomorrow (Sunday) and a few other things on the to-do list. Started and warmed and run through the gears. It feels a little lazy from idle........but better than standing at the fence watching everyone else have fun.

Now I just need to start campaigning to make it legal to run in NSCA Limited Street
