Has anyone heard from GearJammer? How did the treatments go yesterday. Hope they help, and make you feel better. Do you have treatments regularly or was yesterday a first?

Thanks Riverbelleme, Im doing fine, I have been doing the treatment with the cream meds for the last 2 weeks and once I had everything looking ugly (which is normal so I dont know why they had me do it) they hit me with some Liquid Nitrogen to freeze all the cells and kill them.

So now I have theses little round bandaids all over my forehead so that it looks like I cut my self shaving my eye brows

No seriously, I'm doing well and everything should be normal they say in about 2 - 3 weeks. I have learned my lesson, 30 sunscreen and a hat for me from now on. Blonde hair, blue eyes and fair skin, is the suns play ground, did ya hear me Kevin

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers, it's scary when you go there and they tell you if you dont start taking care of your self it could turn into something more serious. So all of you please check yourself and if you see any skin areas that are changing color or feels like sandpaper go see a DR.

Thanks for the information. Hope everyone paid attention. Probably the same for redheads. Glad to hear the results are positive. :D

Sounds like you got lucky Phil.. Skin Cancer is some nasty stuff, my wife was diagnosed with Malignant Melanoma in January. It's been a very tough battle for her with the surgurys and biotherapy treatments.

ANYTIME you've got a mole, or other skin spot that just doesn't seem right, if it's itching, bleeding, or looks "different" from other moles see a doctor that specializes in dermatology or is familar with skin cancer immediately. If in doubt cut it out!!! Every day you wait could cost you your life.

Thanks Phil...

When I read that post at first I wasn't sure what was wrong till I read this new one. I was worried and relieved to hear that your doing ok.

My wife is doing as well as can be expected on this Interferon treatments, they last a whole year.. Can you imagine a whole year of having extreme flu like symptoms.. It sucks.. I just hope it works for her.

John
