My Parents....not to be confused with the "Parents"

Post subject:  My Parents....not to be confused with the "Parents"
After I moved out of the house would go on vacation a week before Christmas...then return a week after New Years....no gifts....ect. I know that is screwed up.....but I'm thinkin more like that everyday....My family knows I hate the worldly crap.....not that I am some holy roller either....
......its just what my parents did/said still effects me today.....Try to make the Holiday season(Christmas....don't be affraid to say it) a memory that will be a GOOD one for your kids........I don't mean buy all kinds of "stuff"..
........make great family memories....that your kids will cheerish for their lives...when your gone.....So what I'm tryin to say....I'm screwed up...
....but work on not bein a jerk everyday :shock: the holidays just bring it out more :oops:

I think what Jimmy is trying to say here.....which, I think he got all broken up over.....is to remember the true spirit of Christmas......remember that it is better to give than receive, remember that the Spirit of Christmas needs to be found in your hearts, not in your pocket book.....
It's about being kind, generous to those less fortunate, showing all that love packed deep within you.......
Christmas is a special time of year....it's a time of renewal ....
It's about starting a tradition, one that can be carried on each and every year....
Traditions like the Christmas Tree, hanging of the stockings, the stuff you did when you were a kid that you still might do today with your kids......
Traditions are only what you make them to be.....
Start a tradition this year and take it with you through your life....you won't regret it! I promise......

Jimmy.....anytime.....I think I have kind of made it my job deciphering your posts.....
