Got my modified support order.. How in hell is someone supposed to make it making $362 a week and paying out $442 a month in support payments??? 
Tell me the system is setup to enable the ex wife not to work????? 
And how the hell is the "Friend of the court" ok with someone only making $8,000 a year?? My oldest son going to Michigan State makes more than that

Friend of the C--T? Divorced Dads are treated as criminals by the Michigan courts. That's the only explanation for why soon-to-be ex-wives can file PPOs, charges of child molesting, & other lies on husbands with impunity. Pity that there's never a runaway gravel train when you need one.... |

My ex gets $350 a month, she sits at home watches soaps all day, she has our son on Tuesday's, Thursday's and every other weekend. That is joint legal, joint shared custody. How is it I have to pay her again. I drive him out to Waterford on those days (mileage and gas in my vehicle) I pay all the medical, school bills, before and after school care, Cub scouts, etc. And she get to sit home on Medicaid, and every other know government program. She is an able bodied 30 year old living off her new boyfriend and my $350 a month. Makes no sense to me why this goes on and why us people with penis's get screwed. Michigan law is very well set up for the woman. Us upstanding Dad's that take care of our obligation get screwed by the DEAD beat assholes that don't take of business. Jim |
