Anyone know of a good used HD pickup, single, dually etc. Want to pay cash and get out of my lease and into a tougher pickup.

For point of reference, if it were me, I'd go see what dealers want for a new one. I know my Ram is like $8000 less than what I paid for it for a new one, with better stuff in it now. You might be able to get a gasser for around 20K brand spanking new. Even if that's outside of your price range, it'll let you know how much you should be paying for a used, relatively.
