Well, I knew it was bad, But, we had fire training the other night and I was amazed at how may people could not tell you what 1/2 of 15 was.
This was anyone from mid thirties to kids just out of school.
Our chief was pissed, told the guys not at them, but at the fact he was paying for that education....
