Post subject:  Mortgage:Hi rate or adjustable? (Updated)
I've been creating a web site since July to help home owners fix their mortgages. The web site will teach people to do this on their own.

I need some people to beta test the web site. Even if your mortgage is fine, I guess you could test the web site. And you don't actually HAVE to submit anything to your bank. Just click around, learn, and see if you can break it or are confused by anything and make improvements.

Would anyone like to try it out once it's up and rolling. I'm nearing completion and anticipate a 2-5 week time frame until it's ready.

Thanks all that are helping me test my system. Feel free to enter your real information or fake. If you really need a mod, then i'd recommend using real data.

I made a couple major changes this weekend.

The "meat and potatoes" are mostly in now.

While it doesn't tell you how to "Mod" yet (next few days I hope), it does allow you to enter all of your data, and then it tries to explain how the bank sees you from an income and loan value perspective. These are 2 key issues when doing a mod.

pages that are left for me to write:
Educate: This is where I explain how the bank decides who's going to get a mod
Contact Lender: list all of the contact information that I have for the lender(s) that you listed you had
Submit to lender: The program will generate documents for you to fax to the lender
Track an record: A way of keeping track of who you spoke to and what they said.
