most of those homes appraised at $90K 2 years ago. There's money to be made for the brave |

The problem with alot of homes like this, is they have been empty for a long time now with no heat. They hav emold issues, cracked pipes (if they weren't stolen), cracked walls etc. They are going to be worth less than the cost of repairing them. |
