Dogg... if you are doing low carb make sure that you are taking a multi vitamen everyday. Very important since in the beginning you cut out almost all your fruit and veggies.

The cravings will go away.. until you eat something and then you will want it again and again. The only thing that really stuck with me is that I can not drink regular soda anymore. it hasto be diet now.

Seriously I feel for for you... it is hard at first. The worst thing is the lack of sugar headahe. It was bad drinking coffee with no sugar... and then I found splenda we were best friends for like a week till I figured out the result of that.

Splenda also became my best friend and luckily still is! The thing that was the hardest was changing my thinking, everything that was good for me was now bad and everything that was bad was now good :?
