"A man has got to know his limits", & I do. I dont have the tallent to do the finish welding on something like that, so I am leaving that up to a buddy. Be SURE the headers are bolted down tight when you weld them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't pay enuff attention to the whole post.

It's ok Bob, Just use 2 gaskets on the end ports and 4 in the middle :wink:

we got it covered Rick thanks. this is not the first set of headers he has done, so no gasket is necesary. a little permatex & its good to go.

Sorry to hear about your back Shannon. I struggle with that all the time. it sucks being young & stupid & thinking you can carry anything by yourself.

what ???? is he the king of Silicone? (boy that does not sound right, LOL). I have a buddy that had an aluminum block in his Box nova & it was really bitchen blower motor & all that, except for the silicone that he had plastered all over the front of the motor to stop it from leaking from between the manifold & the block. :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:
