I didn't have service from the middle of June until August 23rd. I called 3 times and scheduled a service person to come fix the piece of junk, they never showed up once, after several phone calls I canceled my service. They tried to bill me even though I had no service, I have spoken to them 7 times now and each time they tell me I am correct and the amount owed to them will be erased, well they didn't, instead they gave it to collections.

Meanwhile I just love my Dish Network, very nice :D

Thats another place it takes you 2 hrs on hold to get to anyone, then you get cut off and have to go thru it again.

I have Comcast for cable and internet. Since I worked for AT&T, Bell Atlantic and Verizon for over 30 years I would have VZ for internet but they won't bring it out to the boonies for me :x .

Comcast is reliable and has good channel selection but costs me about $90 a month for both services.

I have Bunny ears & get 3 channels when the wind is blowing the right direction & there are no clouds. but, I have cable for the computer. LOL.

Dogg when you call ask to speak to the customer retention department. You will move a little higher up the food chain then. A couple years back I was able to get into my HD package along with a HD reciever for about $300 off the going rate just by threatening to drop their service. Funny how helpful they can be when they know your serious about dumping them
