Went to Atco last night. Lots of cars testing for NMCA at the Grove this weekend. Nostalgia SS were testing for their meet at Atco this Sunday and some Quick 8 cars were testing for their event this Thursday Night at Atco, plus a 94 car gamblers race. There had to be 85 door cars in the gamblers race. Usually there is mostly dragsters. Lots of 7 and 8 second door cars. Quick eight cars, Joe White 7.14, Dave Hance 7.35. Nostalgia SS 63 Pontiac Tempest, running low 9's banging gears with the wheels in the air. Leaving the line at 8400. Joe Wenicks 62 Tempest NMCA car running 9.75. Fuel Altered going 8's, and tons of just fast cars. Was a beautiful 75 degrees. I had a ball, but that's not hard for an old guy!!!
