I have been working with a personal trainer, so it is not a "diet" persay... just a nutrition plan he put me on and it has helped me TREMENDOUSLY. So, I shared the info with Carol and Brian.

In a nutshell yeup. It's a nice balanced diet, seems to be your typical stay away from fatty beef, eat chicken, turkey and fish, um, seems to be light on carbs, not much bread and eating 6 times a day instead of 2 or 3.
