My cuz was over helping me more my old Big sreaan tv to the basement.. It had to weigh 400 lbs... We got the stairs and he went first.. As he wnet down the stairs I had to bend over to follow him.. Then it happened.. I never heard a pop like that in my life... It healed ok though...I.m good to go now... he he he....
