I would go for 116. Seems you make enough power down low to get the car moving. Moving the power band up will make up some ET that may be lost down track. JMO... :D

DAMN, lifes over, I'm in agreement with Monty. Also try opening up the lash to give highest cranking pressure as well. 116 there my friend. And I can throw your slugs on my CNC and F@CK them up real good. But since your a fellow NPS guy, make them just right to POP when your beside me at the 'tree. Bring on the Ducks. HAHAHA
